PRICES AND PAYMENTS:

Product prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Sales taxes (e.g. GST, QST) will be calculated during checkout.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping Methods

We offer different shipping options that will be detailed at the time of placing your order. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, size and destination of the products.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping location and the method selected. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you to inform you.

Risk of Loss

Once the product has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage becomes your responsibility.

RETURN OF MERCHANDISE:

Returned items must be received within 30 days (shipping costs at customer’s expense) from the date we ship your package (the post office marks/stamps the date on the package for reference). A 15% restocking fee (plus tax) will be applied to all returns sent to the warehouse and will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your refund (times may vary depending on your financial institution).

All items must be received in satisfactory condition and in the original packaging.

Returns of defective merchandise will be at Aleisa’s expense.

Returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt of the package at our customer service center.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (Paypal or credit card).

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for shipping error on our part.
